Villa Nobili is an elegant exclusive mansion dating back to the first decades of the 19th century; on its first floor Alessandra e Paolo made a quality B&B. Even if it's in an open countryside in the wonderful area Chianti Colli Fiorentini, it is only a few minutes far from the city centre of Florence, and it can be easily reached by car and public bus service. Golf fields, horseback riding, tennis and fitness center are all in the vicinity. The place is ideal for trekking too. On our guests demand, we can organize visits to farms with wine and olive oil tasting, trips to strongholds, churches and art cities. Colours armony, elegant mood, great care of service and details will grant you warmth and welcome.

All the rooms that are at our guests' disposal have been designed in order to give a pleasant stay: colours armony, elegant mood and great care of service and details will grant you warmth and welcome. OUR ROOMS Our rooms, all with private services, are completely furnished with original antiquity furniture and they all have television and strongbox. It's also available free internet wifi connection. The rooms are named after the colours of the furniture:: azure, green and yellow. OUR FARM FLAT In the mansion is available for our guests the farm flat. It's a comfortable flat with four rooms, completely and nicely furnished, provided with all the facilities. It's a typical Tuscan manor, with the origina rooms, materials and furniture.

Villa Nobili is on the hills south of Florence, a few minutes far from the city. It can be easily reached from there and from the highway. How to reach us From Florence: reach Bagno a Ripoli and take the S.P. n°1. You will find Villa Nobili on your left, exactly on front of the sign indicating the seventh kilometer. From the highway: from the toll gate of "Firenze Sud" on the A1 Milan - Naples, turn right in the direction of Ponte a Ema, reach Antella, follow the indications for San Donato in Collina and take the S.P n°1 on your right. You will find Villa Nobili on your left, exactly on front of the sign indicating the seventh kilometer. GPS coordinates Lat/Long: N 43 43.950 E 11 22.044

Staying in the rooms - Minimum stay of a night. - Check out before 12.00. - Prices include: stay, breakfast, linen, daily clean, water, electricity, heating, parking and taxes. Staying in the flat - Minimum stay of three days. - Arrival between 16.00 and 20.00, except different arrangements. - Check out before 12.00.. - Weekly stays go from Saturday to Saturday. - At your arrival, you'll be asked a 150€ deposit. - Prices include: water, gas, electricity, incoming telephone, television, washing machine and other facilities, parking and taxes. Heating costs will be charged. Terms of payment To get a confirmation of your booking you are kindly asked to leave 30% of the total amount by bank account and by sending its fax at 055/630241. Otherwise you can send your credit card number, type, holder and expiry date. In case of card paying no charge will be required, data will be kept in warranty, except in case of cancellation as it follows. Cancellation In case of cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price. In case of cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price. In case of cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 7 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price. In case of cancellations from 6 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
