Welcome to Villa San Filippo, a beautiful and charming Villa surrounded by the green hills of Chianti, close to Florence.
An ancient Villa of 1700, it is located atop a hill overlooking one of the most beautiful landscapes of Tuscany and, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, offers apartments and suites which combine the atmosphere of the art, cultural, good food and modern comforts and facilities.

The Villa was recently renovated in respect of the characteristics of the historic building and enjoys a unique location in an area of great historical and artistic interest internationally.
From Villa San Filippo you can easily reach the cities of Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and other Tuscan cities of unquestioned historical importance and tourist attractions of Pienza, Montalcino, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca..

"La Limonaia" Restaurant
"The Limonaia" restaurant’s motto is “eat the fruits of your land during their harvest season”. As a matter of fact in the kitchens of Villa San Filippo we make traditional Tuscan cuisine using only the freshest, most natural ingredients, following recipes handed down from generations. The menus vary from day to day, so that our guests may benefit from a varied selection of dishes during their stay.
In "La Limonaia" restaurant we use only our “limited-release” extra-virgin olive oil to dress our food, which we produce in the Villa’s traditional oil-mill.

From the SOUTH: A1 Naples-Milan, take the “Valdichiana” exit heading towards Siena, then take the Poggibonsi Nord exit, then continue for 5km to San Filippo.
By Bus
Bus company SITA, 350 Florence-Poggibonsi-Siena, get off at San Filippo (300 m).
